BURNT GUM TREE

This is a gum tree that has been burnt, its back ground is in the evening as the sun has gone down.

LEAVES FROM A TREE

The leaves from the trees are such beautiful things, that are so easy to put on paper so i just painted them dark green with a very pale green on black soft cardboard and added some dots in purple, its was done on A3 size soft cardboard.......

BUSH TREES AT NIGHT

This image is of trees in the country night ,it was done on a A3 size canvas with arcrylic paints....

RED GUM

This ghost gum tree was on one of our excursions at the bundeena national park it actually looks good done in arcrylic paint on soft cardboard A3 size

GHOST-GUM

This is a ghost gum tree, It is only a few months old and has been recently planted, so its early stage is a great image to capture in paint. So i have used arcrylic paints on cardboard and transformed this living plant in art form.

LEMON SCENTED TEATREE

The lemon scented tree is very popular for its aroma its creates once you have the leaves in your hand and rub them together.

THE BLACK COCKATOO ON A TREE

I have used different kinds of cardboard colours cut into pieces, then just glued on in the shape of a gum tree that has blossomed

EUCALYPTUS TREE

This is a eucalyptus tree that has blossomed. Its colours are amazing as the leaves change all year round. So I thought about outlining the leaves first and then  running branches through later. Using water paints made it really easy to create the perfect colours. Finally, I added some lemon coloured blossoms and a sunset in the background.

The art work was created on A3 paper

POSSUM TREE

This tree is actually a house for a family of possums living inside. We go up there to feed them some fruit in the evening. I thought it would be a great image to capture on paper, so I attempted it on paper using crayon and pencil
